All Parcels are fully traceable and it is your responsibility to track your parcel once it is shipped. The tracking information will let you know if delivery has been attempted or if further details are required in order to deliver.

This tracking information is the carriers way of letting you know of any issues. Failure to follow your parcels progress can lead to alerts being missed. If delivery is hampered due to insufficient address information or failure to respond to calling card, your parcel may be returned to Ohmykitty. 
SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU TRACK YOUR PARCEL AND YOU CAN AVOID ANY UNNECESSARY DELAYS OR COSTS.

1. How do I know if my order is shipped?

Please log in your account and go to 'View Order Status'. Once your order will send for delivery, your order will be marked as 'Shipped'. Every order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, if the item is out of stock we will send an email to notify you. 

 

2. What does my order status means?

Awaiting Fulfillment : We have received your payment and processing your order now. Parcel will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (not included holidays and weekend). 

Awaiting Payment : We have not received your payment on your order. If you have made payment on your order but it show this status please contact us as soon as possible. Our system might fail to integrate the payment with your order. (or you have paid via Paypal e-check which takes 3-5 working days to clear)

Shipped : Your order has been shipped out and tracking number is available in your order details.

 

3. Where can I find my tracking number?

Please log in your account and go to View Order Status -> View Order Details. Tracking number is available under Tracking Link column.

 

4. Where should I trace my parcel?

For Standard Registered Airmail, please visit your country postal service for parcel tracking or you may track it via  DHL GLOBAL MAIL, please allow +1 day for the status to appear on the tracking site)

For Express Shipping, please visit www.DHL.com for parcel tracking.

5. Do I need to be at home during delivery of parcel?

Yes, you need to have someone to be at home in order to sign for the parcel. If there is no one around, the postman will leave you a notice for parcel pick up in which related collection details will be included as well.


6. Do you ship to P.O. Box or APO address?
 
Yes, we do. However some of your local postal staff might leave you a notice and you need to collect your package at post office nearby.
 
We do not ship to P.O. Box address with Express Shipping. Please provide a residential address or we will dispatch your order via Standard Registered Mail.

 

7.It has been more than estimated delivery time. Why the parcel has not reach its destination?
Parcel delay does not always happened. Delivery time is based on estimation only. There are couple of reasons that may cause delay of parcel such as Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic. Please allow maximum 20 days before file an inquiry with us.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Parcel delivery to certain countries include Argentina, Brazil and Guam take longer time than standard time frame. Please allow up to 60 working days for delivery to these countries.  

 

8.What should I do if the postal service returned my parcel to OhMyKitty?

Parcel will be returned to us if only the shipping address is incorrect or no one was around during delivery and pick up was not picked up after certain amount of days. For us to resend the parcel, customer will need to pay for the new shipping fees again. Shipment will be arranged once after we received the returned parcel. Unless it is OhMyKitty's fault to cause the problem (i.e : we sent it to the wrong shipping address), we will resend the parcel and bear the shipping charges.  

 

9.I received an invoice from FedEx/DHL to collect payment from me. Why am I charged again since I've paid for shipping fees?

This do not usually happens. The possibility is as low as 1%. The invoice you received is the duties or taxes charges applied by your country custom. The fees is paid to your country custom department instead of FedEx/DHL or OhMykitty. This portion would not be borne by Ohmykitty.
