★Please examine thoroughly before opening package★

Upon the opening of the package, we cannot determine whether the defect was caused before or after the usage, and the exchange will never be viable.

★Examining whether the delivered package is the product you ordered★

 

  1. Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please take a photograph of the products you received and email our customer support team. We will promptly ship the correct item and refund all shipping costs.
  2. Lost Orders: While it is rare for an order to be lost, if your package does not arrive within 4 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

  3. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us for this reason, we can reship it upon receipt of the new shipping payment.

  4. Cancellation: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Kindly email us immediately, and we will arrange a refund within 1-2 business days. Please note that a $2 administration fee will apply.

  5. Returns: Merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 10 days from the receipt date. We will not process returns or exchanges after this period.

  6. Please Note: All products should be examined thoroughly before opening. Once a product's seal has been broken, it is not eligible for exchange. Any defects identified after the product has been opened will be deemed as resulting from post-opening use and will not qualify for an exchange.

Please note that Ohmykitty reserves the right to decline any complaints submitted after the 10-day grace period, except for those related to product defects.
