My package was guaranteed to get here by a certain time, and a month later after that time, it FINALLY showed up. I reached out multiple times, requesting help to track the package. Then again, as I no longer need the product, with ZERO sense of urgency to help me find the product, and now refusal to allow me to return to OhMyKitty online. I would NOT ORDER FROM OhMyKitty online store.
