Description

Arima brought him to CCG, where he was given the identity of Haise Sasaki. Kaneki's hair turned back to black again because of unstable RC cell(ghoul cells/red children) levels. But when kaneki fights arima, his rc cells rise again and his melanin levels drop, and again his hair becomes white.
